Management Software, Inc. announces Web Simple Records Manager |
May 2, 2008--Record Management Software, Inc.
announces the next generation of the Simple Records Manager,
renamed Web Simple Records Manager. The Web Simple Records
Manager was built from the ground up using leading edge
Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technologies.
Among the Web Simple Records Manager's features are true
multi-tasking with concurrent multiple windows; a redesigned
software interface for easier navigation; keyword searching
built into the main box and file modules; a new security
interface with user groups; tracking of destroyed boxes and
files in the main modules; and the ability to apply multiple
filters in the searching of box, file, and retention
information.
The Web Simple Records Manager functions using any browser with
an Internet connection. There is no installation required for
PC's and servers.
The Web Simple Records Manager also introduces a new Portable
Add-On module with an enhanced voice prompted portable laser bar
code scanner.
